The Machine shown and on this page was developed at my facility to the need for a "high precision" duplicator.
This unit will give the small shop all the advantages of having a 1:1 duplicator at a price which even a part time stocker or woodworker can justify.
The machine will adjust from 8 inches to 32 inches for cutting length (and maximum stock reach of 49 inches) and has 10 inch centers.
Standard motor plate accommodates a 3.500 inch router.
I will modify the motor-plate to accommodate almost any standard router body diameter you specify at no additional charge.
Also included are a set of 4 "Styli"
Thompson linear bearings are standard for both crossfeed and length, although many users are requesting "Pacific Teflon" linear bearings for the cross-feed as they "dampen some vibration" when inletting.
A "competitive price and reasonable delivery time are essential in today 's market and M. L. Greene provides both.
This M. L. Greene Duplicator is capable of accomplishing almost everything that the "heavy" machines may do.
We completed revising this unit in 2002 and is proving it self in use.
The internal features of the head stock and the unique head rotation features are copyright protected 2002 and where applicable International Patents applied for.
This design allows better control for semi-production and for truly custom work.
