Gun Stock Duplicating Machines. DUPLICATOR

PLEASE NOTE: The machine shown in the photos on this page has been painted several colors to help us illustrate the different machine parts. Only the frame is painted on my new "Duplicating Machines".

The pattern is suspended directly between and over the frame and the operator has total access to both the work and the pattern. No more bending over a machine frame to reach difficult cuts.

We are currently using the proto-type in my shop, and currently building production units of this machine.

All the my machines come standard with linear bearings, balanced cutter head rotation, and continuous pattern and work rotation and all are equipped with the newest feature, removable head stock plates & pins which are removable for modification or replacement. Now equipped with "Heinrich" tail clamps there is no more end pressure on your valuable patterns.

I now use only "off the shelf" bearings. No More Special Bearings!

Router Motor Specifications:
My job would be a lot easier if I could build a machine which would do every kind of "Duplication" and I could just supply only one kind of motor. We both know that isn't the way anything works. I suggest that the customer use a "Bosch Model 1617EVS (3.500 dia.) or equivalent". Any 3.500 diameter router body will fit the machine. If you would like or need something special contact me. I have found it is best if I stay out of the "What's the best router discussion" and let the customer supply his own router motor.
